Yes, there is an Oppo club. Just look up "Clubs" (once you unlock them) and type in Oppo and you should be good. We really don't have a play group like we used to in GTAO.

Nevermind. I saw after I posted that he was talking about Horizon. I'm talking about Horizon 2. That probably does work for the first one.
